Job Description
Serve as a Federal HR Quality Assurance Analyst supporting the Payroll team within Payroll, Personnel & Benefits (PP&B;). This includes reviewing VLTP Leave Audits for accuracy through the use of various Human Resources Information Systems.
Ensure payroll documents, forms, paperwork and leave audits submitted for HR processing are accurate and complete according to established guidelines, regulations, policies, and/or standard operating procedures.
Monitors inventory of assigned work areas to ensure all work is completed accurately and timely in accordance with business rules.
Research and analyze questions, issues, and problems and provides recommendation to customer and internal leadership.
Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing in order to prepare and present briefings, advise management on a variety of processing issues.
Compile/complete various Quality Assurance reports.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with and knowledge of Federal Government Human Resources policies and procedures
Experience with and knowledge of Federal Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform work in a fast-paced environment independently or as a member of a team
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Customer Service and Customer Intimacy
Desired skills
Experience processing or reviewing VLTP Audits within a Federal agency
Experience with DHS or the TSA customer
Knowledge of Federal Pay and Leave policies
Experience with DHS HRIS (WebTA/Kronos, NFC, EmpowHR)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
