Multiyear Contract Summary To serve as a System Custodian for Legal Hold within IBM Content Manager application and provide technical support for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator ApplicationsServe as a back up to SME's on Maintenance and PMO projects and provide support for application infrastructureMaintain working knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trendsAssist with troubleshooting of complex technical issues and incidents causing business impact or service degradationWillingness to be a self-starter in a face paced technical team
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Tagging of Legal Documents in IBM Content Manager Serve as a POC for BU's that request Legal Hold for documents and provide required updates Provide Support for ECM system components, or modifications to existing components Perform tasks and assignments in support of business needs for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator Perform required research, deployment, and configuration for existing and modified ECM systems Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences for effective business decisions Must be willing to provide rotating 24x7 On Call Support Perform other duties as assigned Required
Qualifications:
Prior working Knowledge for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator Familiarity with Java, Javascript, CSS to help support the SME for ICN Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with DB2 Databases and query authoring Effective Mainframe and DB2 database skills Familiarity with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and VUL modules Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines Willingness to be a self-starter and eagerness to learn new technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Strong working knowledge of IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator Application Understanding of Security Principles and access controls Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective skill communicating with all levels within an organization Effective skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely Preferred
