Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking a Application Specialist for its Corporate Systems team.
As the official data provider for sports like the NFL, NBA, NFL, LCS, NASCAR, Sportradar has exclusive distribution rights to all in-game data, including live play-by-play stats and sensor data.
You will become a key member of a crossfunctional global team which supports corporate infrastructure and end-user technologies.
Sportradar is focusing heavily on automation, self-service, and high availability services.
Therefore, we are searching for a new team member who drives technical excellence vital for user experience and device offering.
The End User Device Specialist is responsible for driving forward our Device Management posture.
The role includes design, implementation and operation of device management solutions covering multiple operating systems and device types.
THE CHALLENGE:
Help to develop and maintain Sportradar's Device Management tools.
Ability to identify new integrations and technolgies to automate workloads, improve our maintainability.
Assist with documentation of the current environment ensuring that articles are kept up-to-date and relevant.
Improve montoring & governance of our devices and help develop skills across the team.
Act as 2nd lvl Device Engineer by empowering 1st lvl internal support and handle problems.
Maintain a custom batch of devices using Samsung Knox.
YOUR PROFILE:
Proven work experience with mobile devices & management tools Experience or strong interest in VoIP networks and VoIP devices.
Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science is considered a plus.
Administration/Configuration of tools such as Intune, Jamf, MobileIron or Samsung Knox.
Administration/Configuration in VoIP environments.
Basic experience with Windows, Mac OS, Ubuntu, IOS and Android.
Good written and spoken business English.
Willingness to learn new technologies and share technical knowledge.
A drive for knowledge sharing and self-service through automation.
Team player with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
