Description:
The Oracle HCM Cloud (specifically) Technical Specialist provides expertise in supporting and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Experience in product personalization, data integration, data conversion, and reports development.
The technical Specialist in this role is well versed and should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, Application Security, Fast Formula.
Key Skill required is working on medium to complex BIP reports and working with the business teams to gather requirements and develop the BIP at a quick turnaround.
Any functional expertise on HCM will be an asset.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business Analysts and HR Business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations Lead and build the integrations for HCM touch points utilizing all available integration services (Primary focus for this role will be OIC- Oracle Integration Cloud) Providing strong subject matter expertise to identify and translate business and system requirements into design artifacts and documents Collaborating with project and delivery managers to provide estimates and develop the overall implementation solution plan for area of expertise, interfacing and coordinating tasks with internal and external resources.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
