Responsibilities:
Patient Intake:
Work under the general direction of the Front Office Administrator or Regional Business Director Admit patients Create medical charts, either electronically or paper, based on center practice Work with the clinical staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center's work flow efficiently runs Answer and direct all incoming calls Create a welcoming environment that puts patients at ease and introduces them to our office that offers a world class experience Utilize problem-solving skills to support center and colleagues for resolution of issues Update and manage center calendar Order and organize collateral as needed Monitor patient wait times and work with staff to provide non-clinical assistance when they are running behind Assist Front Office Administrator with the following duties o Be familiar with procedure codes o Know daily deposit amounts and make reports as requested o Perform all other non-clinical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Medical experience required and Dental experience desired Previous experience working patient admissions Previous experience scheduling medical appointments and treatment plans Page 1 Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to work in an office environment at both his/her own and others' desks/offices Required daily to walk the floor and be available to help wherever needed Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Quickly identify safety placards and hazardous situations in order to avoid or minimize injuries and property damage Use small tools and equipment which require good manual dexterity Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
