Our health delivery model is physician-centered.

One of ways we achieve physician job satisfaction is we are keeping the number of patients per hour down to 2.
5 per hour (avg) maximum.
Most of our providers do not see more than 2 patients per hour.
New medical school graduates are increasingly choosing specialties and careers that provide more flexible schedule and time to themselves.
We offer full time positions with just 3 days work week.
We want providers who are willing to work 11-12 hour shifts.

We can also schedule the shifts in harmony with your family's rhythm as long as we can keep your schedule consistent week-to-week.
Pay is tied only to candidates time and no RVUs or performance will be held against him/her.
