As a Junior Watch Analyst, you will provide excellent client service to employees and expatriates of global corporations as they live or travel abroad.
The Junior Watch Analyst is the primary point of contact and works closely with company executives to coordinate security, travel, and medical assistance.
Our center is a 24/7/365 client resource designed around situation management software and communication protocols.
The Junior Watch Analyst facilitates client communication and is a valuable part of the response team that provides security assistance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
The Junior Watch Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the center, including reporting incidents, and monitoring news media for actual or developing situations that could affect client corporations/organizations.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be capable of handling multiple tasks and should be detail-oriented.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system, Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel), and Internet Explorer are highly desirable.
Technical and industry training will be provided.
Candidates with diverse life and work experiences who have traveled extensively or lived or worked abroad are strongly encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
Full-time shift coverage, with shift variations, to include weekend and holiday shift coverage as needed.
