What we are looking for:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Field advisors ensure that the company's physical asset is maintained and repaired properly.
This entails project management for all work that needs to be completed, assist in financial costs review, and compliance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
PHAD Ensure all physical asset concerns identified Ensure community plans accurately maintain the physical asset Ensure the PHAD is updated as needed Project Evaluation:
Assist communities in creating a project scope of work Evaluate for In-House vs.
Contract Give recommendations for completion Contracts:
Assist Property Managers in acquiring contract bids Monitor contracts during completion Assist communities in inspecting completed work to ensure compliance Ensure Phad is updated In-House:
Assist with the creation of project plan Assist in project implementation Assist in acquiring labor resources Assist with the documentation of project and cost saving Service Contracts (landscape etc.
):
Support communities with quality control of service contracts Assist with recommendations for service contacts Evaluate work and give feedback Miscellaneous:
Contribute to the Quality Assurance Team effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures Perform various other duties as assigned by Vice President of Physical Asset JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS:
Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make necessary recommendations for repair or improvement Ability to make repairs individually when necessary or payback warrants Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to manage multiple projects using exceptional organizational, time management, effective decision- making, and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Excellent computer skills Summary of

What's required from you:
High school diploma or equivalent Licensed Stationary Engineer to Maryland First Class or equivalent Fifteen (15) years work experience with a proven track record for problem solving in the following areas:
plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general construction, and other mechanical equipment Recommended Skills Communication Construction Decision Making Finance Hvac Implement Projects Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
