Assistant Vice President, Segmentation Strategy

Job DescriptionTo oversee and direct the Member Segmentation Strategy section related to targeting and segmentation, member intelligence and reporting and member engagement strategy.
Direct the activities of the Marketing Segmentation team and ensure objectives and goals are met and align with Navy Federal's strategic plan.
Support Marketing goals through collaboration with senior management to lead effective and efficient statistical model designs, advanced analytics and strategy capabilities for the various distribution channels e.

mobile, and formulate strategies to support corporate priorities around member lifecycle management (e.
g.
, cross-selling and retention).
Serve as strategic partner with organization-wide project teams, lead member level analysis, and drive initiatives related to acquisition, churn, retention and engagement/usage, identify business opportunities and achieve corporate KPIs and goals.
Drive process improvement through systems, procedures, practices and policies.
