The Squires Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to work with our client, a leading provider of competitive electricity, natural gas supply, renewable energy, and carbon offsets.

As the IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in the website overhaul project, with specific responsibility for the redesign of the ecommerce portion of the website.

Responsibilities Manage and oversee the website overhaul project, with a focus on redesigning the ecommerce portion of the website.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and manage multiple work streams within a complex project environment.
Communicate complex messages to diverse audiences through written and verbal communication in various meeting venues and presentations.
Utilize computer software and applications, including advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint, to share, retrieve, research, and present business information.
Ensure the successful delivery of the project, meeting results-oriented goals and objectives.
Provide consultative and client-focused expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage project documentation and resources effectively.
Elicit cooperation and collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Work in a matrixed environment, collaborating across multiple company business units, project vendors, and third-party service providers.
Apply a general understanding of GAAP O&M and Capital accounting practices and standards.
Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology project management experience.
Preferred certifications in PMI, CMM, ISO, and/or CMMI.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple work streams in a complex project environment.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Effective communication skills to deliver complex messages to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in computer software and applications, including advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint.
Proven record of success as a results-oriented project manager.
Strong consultative and client-focused experience.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage project documentation and resources.
Ability to elicit cooperation from various sources, including upper management, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Experience working in a matrixed environment across multiple business units, project vendors, and third-party service providers.
General understanding of GAAP O&M and Capital accounting practices and standards.
