We are currently hiring for a IT Help Desk Assistant
Summary:
Help-Desk Assistant provides technical support and help to users experiencing issues with computer systems, website, and payment information for all TripleCyber websites and sales platform.
The HelpDesk Assistant will help users troubleshoot users' problems and try to find and resolve technical issues.
They will use ticketing systems to log and track users' requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
The assistant will support a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with users.
Identifies and diagnoses software, hardware, or network-related problems reported by users.
Assists users with software installations, account setups, password resets, and other technical tasks.
Records detailed information about user problems, including symptoms, troubleshooting steps taken, and solutions provided.
Recognizes when an issue requires higher-level technical expertise and escalating it to the appropriate team or specialist.
Updates and expands a repository of technical articles, guides, and FAQs to assist users and improve self-help resources.
Assists with software deployments, license management, and configuring settings to meet user requirements.
Gathers feedback from users to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Notes Comments:
This is an entry level position.
Two (2) years experience in customer service or technical support positions is desired.
Minimum of a High School Diploma.
Success/Key Factors:
A solid foundation in computer hardware, software, and networking concepts to effectively troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
The ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions quickly.
A focus on providing exceptional customer service, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication to address user needs and concerns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
The ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with frustrated or anxious users, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote access tools, and other software commonly used in help desk environments to efficiently manage and resolve user issues.
Proficiency in applying structured troubleshooting methodologies, such as using step-by-step approaches or following flowcharts, to efficiently identify and resolve technical problems.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
