Job Description:
oData analyst and designer for a large enterprise Cloud Data Warehouse in Azure Synapse.
oCreate data pipeline designs, source to target mappings, and data models.
oKnowledge of data engineering requirements and design practices including fact qualifier matrices, dimensional modeling, business questions oInvestigate data quality, perform data profiling, and understand the meaning of complex operational data.
oStrong relationship and communication skills to collaborate and document end-users needs.
oWork directly with our end users to apply data and analytics to business challenges.
oGather, analyze and document requirements for data engineering projects.
oSupport integration and user acceptance testing.
oRequired Technical Skills:
Strong SQL skills.
Data modeling experience.
Data warehousing.
oDesired Technical Skills:
Azure Synapse, Databricks, PySpark, Python, Erwin.
oHelpful:
Retail bank experience, PowerBI, Tableau.
