Project Manager
We are currently seeking a Project Manager that can bring their expertise, experience and perspective to the Radiant Digital team to help us build solutions that empower holistic and tangible transformation at every level.
This role is fully remote and is open to candidates nationwide.
Capabilities:
o Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
This includes developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals and success criteria, project milestones, and budgets.
Also includes ownership and responsibility to manage issues, risks, decisions and outcomes from their team's tasks and activities, and the overall success of a project as well as the continued expansion of our relationship with the client.
o Manages project scope and the change control process as appropriateo A team player who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project.
o Demonstrates the ability to understand the operating styles of others as well as team/client relationships, team dynamics, and adjusts behavior accordingly to succeed.
Recognizes environmental or cultural nuances and adapts.
o Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as client expectations as necessary for successful program and project delivery.
o Actively looks for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
o Takes proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectations.
o Ability to demonstrate experience to successfully manage two or more concurrent projects/customers.
o Experience leveraging formal project management and development methodologies on an enterprise level engagement.
o Has managed projects using Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies.
o Possesses a deep knowledge of project management best practices and how to contextualize them to the project and the client in an effective yet pragmatic way across large, complex projects.
o A history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in project management.
o Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels.
Plans and oversees the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
o Experience in communication across all levels of a Company, from the CIO to individual contributors.
Possess an understand of the different communication styles associated to the different leadership roles within a company.
o Monitors, reviews, and/or appropriately escalates functional, quality, and timeline issueso Ensures project plans and all project documents are complete, current, and appropriately storedo Demonstrated commitment to customer service and to proactively communicate and promptly respond to teammate and stakeholder needso Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goalo Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project toolsets, source code management products, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
Requirements:
o At least 3-5 years Project Management consulting experience managing enterprise level IT projects across multiple industries.
o Experience managing projects and relationships in a remote role and distributed teamo Experience managing cloud technology projects and migrationso Previous experience in a client facing, relationship management roleo Proven experience successfully managing two or more projects concurrently.
o Minimum leadership experience managing technical projects consisting of 2 to 12 people totaling over $250,000 budgeto Engagement management:
Qualified candidates should have experience engaging with clients on multiple levels beyond just scope/schedule/budget communications.
Experience conducting and leading client facing meetings/workshops, managing expectations and experience with account growth and expansion required.
o PMP Certification a plus - ability to obtain certification with 1 year of employment.
o Scrum Master Certification a plus - Ability to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
