Trousseau is a local, independent, women owned business specializing in quality lingerie and bra fitting (in over 160 sizes) for 24 years! We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
You must be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented and dedicated to customer service, preferably with retail and POS experience.
Professional bra fitting skills are a plus.

Manufacturers estimate that 85% of American women are wearing the wrong bra size.
At Trousseau, we stock over 160 sizes and have over 5,000 bras in inventory at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, helping customers find the right product for their needs, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Perform (or learn to perform) professional bra fittings and assist customers with the selection of bras, lingerie and sleepwear.
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
Help to create and process customer sales orders.
Help to process and put away stock.
Maintain knowledge of current policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security practices.
Maintain records related to sales and Customer Orders.
Use POS system to total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
