Real Estate Showing Partner
DescriptionThis is a local full-time role - no part-time agents will be considered for this opportunity.
The Redux Group is looking for an ambitious, sales-oriented real estate agent in northern Virginia! As a Showing Partner, you will work with one of our top agents, helping buyers through the journey of finding their dream home! You'll be showcasing beautiful homes across Northern Virginia, educating buyers on the market, and the homes that you're showing.
You may also be called upon to host open houses, attend new client buyer appointments, closings, home inspections, and more! Our ideal candidate is bright, ambitious, hard-working, career-minded, committed, flexible, and self-disciplined.
MUST be a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes to be considered.

Responsibilities oCoordinate, schedule, and show homes, understanding buyers' refined criteria in order to select additional homes to show, while educating buyers on the market, communities, etc.
oOversee the entire process from start to close to ensure a smooth transaction and client satisfaction oSchedule and attend on-site property inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals with clients, appointments with vendors, closings, etc.
oManage and update Primary Agent's CRM, communicating with clients to initiate or resume buyer's search, including setting appointments, promptly returning client calls, texts, and emails oResearch and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, local communities, construction/remodeling, and neighborhoods to be able to assist and educate clients with home buying decision-making process oRegularly participate in Huddles (camera on), team meetings, functions, etc.
, and ensure that the CRM is regularly and timely updated per team SOPs oMaintain an active Virginia, real estate license, BrightMLS, SentriLock, and membership in local, state, and National Association of Realtors oAll other duties as assigned Qualifications oActive Virginia real estate license required! oAccess to BrightMLS oWillingness and ability to spend a lot of time driving oExcellent communication skills; professional in attitude and appearance oAbility to quickly learn & use real estate-specific software oSelf-motivated and able to perform tasks independently oFearless ability to reach out to people over the phone and set appointments oWillingness to seek out your own clients and work with them in addition to your lead agent This is a local full-time role - only full-time agents will be considered for this opportunity.
