Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Deliver food and beverages to tables - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques - Familiarity with POS system is a plus - Strong math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services Note:
