The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for all administrative duties related to supporting department's development of all company federal government proposals, marketing and contract management. Must exhibit clear concise communication skills (written and oral) and extreme attention to detail at all times.
Assist with the daily operations to ensure smooth and effective workflow
Assist with all development and marketing communications materials
Maintain database and department files; create reports as needed.
Proof read and edit proposals for content, continuity, error
Assist in managing website content
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor''s degree in English, Journalism, or related communications
1-2 years'' experience in a professional office environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
Strong Internet skills required
Close attention to detail is a key requirement for this job
Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks.
Occasional overtime for project and program development efforts may be required
Must be US Citizen and able to pass a full background check
Desired Skills:
Previous experience with government proposals, contracts and execution highly desired
Experience in Website maintenance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
