Job Summary
Executive Administrator for Science and Technology in the National Capitol Region.
Principal Accountabilities
Provide full range of administrative operational support to DIA's S&T; senior leadership to include, but not limited to, the following:
Assist DIA's Office of Security (SEC) Special Security Officer (SSO) in meeting OCE office security requirements;
Assist in reviewing, coordinating, and tracking internal and external staff clearance and nomination packages;
Prepare staff summary sheets, memorandums of agreement, and official memos for government review;
Assist in updating/developing office-level standard operating procedures (SOP);
Assist in maintaining the S&T; e-Task management system;
Assist in managing eZHR Time and Labor for S&T; as a Time Administrator;
Assist in scheduling conference rooms and appointments; help manage S&T; senior leadership calendars;
Assist in coordinating office supply orders;
Serve as S&T; vehicle coordinator (includes maintaining log books, developing and distributing required vehicle reports, and accomplishing other vehicle coordination duties as required by the Logistics Officer);
Assist in maintaining internal files and records management;
Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have current TS/SCI security clearance and current background investigation.
Must have current CI scope polygraph (CSP) examination.
Experience and Education
Must have two years' of administrative experience.
Proficiency using the MS Office Suite of applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), MS Project, and Microsoft Access (database).
Experience with Special Security Contact Officer (SSCO) procedures.
Familiar with timekeeping duties and travel order processing procedures.
High School Diploma required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
