Assist patent lawyers by researching U.S. and Korean intellectual property laws, obtaining information from clients for the proper filing, registering and docketing of patent and trademark applications. Patent Specialist duties also include assisting patent lawyers by providing guidance to Korean clients regarding relevant policies and procedures for complying with the requirements of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; monitoring pending patent and trademark applications; assisting with cases involving Korean patent and trademark litigation and licensing activities; and preparing written memoranda and other documents to assist lawyers on specified international intellectual property rights.
Five (5) Years as Patent Specialist required.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
