The position involves developing web-based solutions to capability requirements identified by various program offices in the area of Human Capital. The project also involves refresh opportunities for existing solutions, either to update applications to current baseline or leverage existing solutions to increase capabilities. Duties: Assess program office web-based requirements and propose technical solutions to fill the gap. Provide software programming support for web-based solutions and may be required to provide training to the end-user community on those solutions.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Must have a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph
11 years of experience
Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in a website production and publishing environment
Demonstrated experience with .Net, Java, and PHP development systems
Demonstrated experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Proficiency in at least one high level programming language
Demonstrated experience and ability to interpret various policy and directive documents and apply that knowledge to current and planned solutions.
OPTIONAL SKILLS
Demonstrated experience with Rich Internet Application (i.e., Flash).
Demonstrated experience with portals, content management systems, business process, and enterprise social computing platforms.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
Demonstrated experience and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in producing technical documentation (examples include wire diagrams, concept of operations, work flow maps, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in providing classroom and one-on-one instruction and training.
Demonstrated experience working with the Sponsors partners.
Demonstrated experience with ColdFusion is a plus.
Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
Demonstrated experience and ability to relay and translate technical details to non-technical customers/audiences.
Demonstrated experience and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
