Student Trainee (Visitor Services Assistant)

Incumbent serves as a front-line representative of the Agency. Incumbent works at an entrance stations, visitor center, campground or other visitor contact station. Responsible for providing answers to recurring visitor questions concerning the specific park area. Explains the areas recreational opportunities, including NPS interpretive services, concession-operated facilities and services, and campground availability. Distributes maps, brochures, and other printed material. Provides direction and routes of travel through the park. Performs visitors of potential safetv hazards. All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement-01/10/2020-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
