Student Trainee (Laborer)

Load and Unload materials. Perform work following complicated or complex oral and written instructions that require determining alternative solutions and decision making. Remove litter. Clean restrooms and visitor use areas. Set up and take down special even areas. Direct traffic. Water lawns. Operate lawn mower. Operate portable snow blower. Use hand tools. All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement-01/13/2020-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement. Have the ability to do the work of a Student Trainee (Laborer), WG 3501-02, without more than normal supervision You will be evaluated on the following job elements:
1. Ability to do the work without more than normal supervision (Screen out) 2. Work Practices(includes keeping things neat, clean and in order) 3. Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (other than blueprints) 4. Ability To Use and Maintain tools and Equipment 5. Dexterity and Safety Credit will be given for all appropriate qualifying experience. To receive credit for experience, your resume MUST clearly indicate the nature of the duties and responsibilities for each position, starting and ending dates of employment (month/year), and the resume must reflect full and/or part-time or total number of hours worked (i.e., work 40
hours a week, rather than indicating full-time). If part-time, the hours must be annotated to be able to pro-rate the amount qualified specialized experience. Volunteer
