The GG-14 duties for the Professional work category are at the Senior work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Comprehensive knowledge DoD and IC organizations, policies, legislation, and directives to plan and develop relationships and guidance for application of complex procedures and techniques to diverse situations and varying degrees of management control. 2. Knowledge of National Security policy requirements to apply new methods, procedures, techniques or theories to unique one of a kind situation in the intelligence arena. 3. Extensive knowledge and experience managing, planning, budgeting and executing intelligence and operations utilizing diverse intelligence support structures and inter-agency cooperation on advanced concepts, principles and practices. 4. Knowledge of project management, decision making, market research, problem solving and negotiations to carry out COTR responsibilities. 5. Senior level experience and skills in oral communications to present sensitive information and/or recommendations on complex matters to higher authorities; skilled in written communications sufficient to develop guidance, regulations and directives dealing with complex issues. 6. Skill in conducting relevant, intelligence and operational-related research and development, preparing concise written reports and presenting innovative, imaginative and cohesive briefings, and other related duties as assigned.
