Any unfavorable information developed during an investigation or other official inquiry may result in termination of employment in accordance with established security policies and procedures.As a Human Resources Specialist, you will:
Advise on and conducts recruitment and placement activities for hiring, promotion, and reassigning staff. Ascertain that performance reviews are conducted and that performance issues are addressed including, as necessary, the development of performance improvement plans. Determine that position descriptions are accurate and appropriate for the assigned employee or for recruitment actions. Initiates action to accomplish revisions or amendments to established PDs or, if necessary, development of a new PD that describes the assigned functions. Advise on benefits matters, including all forms of leave, paid and unpaid, and the provisions of leave sharing, the Family Friendly Leave Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.Specialized
Experience:
For the GS-13, You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes performing HR advisory services in a minimum of two of the following HR areas:
Classification and Position Management Compensation Staffing/Recruitment Benefits Performance Management Employee Relations Such experience must include analyzing problems and issues, and advising management of recommended solutions. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
